combination. All utensils are furnished in the efficiencies.

POLICIES
Rates: Rates are based on number of persons occupying units
and apply to adults and children. Rates are quoted for a four day minimum
and do not apply to Groups, Holidays and Conventions. Deposits credited to
last day of reservation. Personal checks honored only on reservation deposit
sent eight weeks in advance. NO personal checks accepted as final payment.
Refund subject to
service charge. All reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests
to vacate or causes and conditions beyond our control. Guests must be 25
years of age or older. No minors may occupy
premises unless accompanied by an adult. Reservations will be held until 6
P.M. unless notified. Parking is not guaranteed and is
subject to availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is
received 30 days prior to arrival, we will refund the entire amount less a
$50.00 service fee. If reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival
there will be no refund of deposit. Deposit is not transferable to future
reservations. Cancellation policy applies to late arrivals and early
departures. Cancellation Policy applies to Covid, medical emergencies and
flight cancellations. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
SMOKING POLICY: All of our rooms are non-smoking. This is
primarily due to the health impact on future guests associated with residue
left from cigarette, cigar, pipe smoking or vaping. If our
cleaning inspector or staff detects evidence of smoking in the rooms, the entire cost of cleaning and deodorizing and a minimum $400
fine, plus the loss of rental nights will be charged to the
credit card on file.
SURCHARGES: A higher rate and minimum night stay will
apply to weekends, holidays and special events. Please refer to the
minimum stay and surcharge chart listed with the rates.
FAMILY GROUPS & AGE REQUIREMENTS: Rentals are made to
family groups only. No Fraternity, sorority, college, school, church, civic
or other non-family groups are permitted. Additionally all family members
less than 25 years old must be supervised by an adult 35 years or older at
all times. The supervising adult must be present at check-in and remain for
the duration of tenancy. In the event that we determine the occupants are not
a family group or do not meet the specified requirements the tenant will be
in material breach of the rental and will be denied access to the premises or
subject to immediate eviction and will forfeit all rents to the
establishment. Tenants agree to furnish proper photo identification at
check-in to verify that they are a family group and meet the specified age
requirements, and to provide the required credit card to complete check-in
procedures.
Management has final say on all reservations.
